Hvis det ikke f\u00e5r nok ilt, kv\u00e6les det.<\/p>\n\n<p>Under koloniseringen er CO\u2082-koncentrationen omkring myceliet meget h\u00f8j, og n\u00e5r myceliet n\u00e5r substratets overflade, registrerer det et pludseligt fald i CO\u2082.<br \/>Dette signalerer til ham, at det er tid til at udvikle svampe.<\/p>\n\n<p>Det er derfor vigtigt, at der er nok frisk luft i v\u00e6kstmilj\u00f8et, s\u00e5 myceliet kan registrere h\u00f8jere iltniveauer og lavere CO\u2082-niveauer, hvilket udl\u00f8ser dannelsen af frugtlegemer.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fugtighed<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Svampes frugtlegemer best\u00e5r hovedsageligt af vand, s\u00e5 myceliet venter p\u00e5 regn eller fugtigt vejr, f\u00f8r det producerer svampe.<br \/>Derfor er et substrat med tilstr\u00e6kkeligt fugtighedsindhold og et fugtigt milj\u00f8 afg\u00f8rende for afgr\u00f8der af god kvalitet og h\u00f8jt udbytte.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Selv en kort t\u00f8r periode kan f\u00e5 svampe til at &quot;abortere&quot;, hvilket betyder, at de holder op med at vokse og t\u00f8rre ud.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Udviklingen af frugtlegemer kr\u00e6ver generelt mindre fugtighed end dannelsen af primordia (ogs\u00e5 kendt som n\u00e5le eller babysvampe). N\u00e5r primordia er dukket op, er det v\u00e6rd at reducere fugtigheden med 5-10%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Lys<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Svampe bruger ikke lys som energikilde ligesom planter, men de har brug for lys for at vokse ordentligt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Myceliet bruger lys til at fornemme, at det har n\u00e5et overfladen af substratet, og at milj\u00f8et er egnet til svampev\u00e6kst \u2013 ligesom faldende CO\u2082-niveauer signalerer tidspunktet for dannelsen af frugtlegemer.<\/p>\n\n<p>Mange mennesker tror, at svampe trives godt i m\u00f8rke.<br \/>Faktisk begynder de m\u00e5ske aldrig at vokse i fuldst\u00e6ndig m\u00f8rke, og hvis de g\u00f8r det, vil svampene v\u00e6re aflange, misformede og matte i farven.<\/p>\n\n<p>Svampe vokser ofte p\u00e5 m\u00f8rkere steder, fordi disse steder er mere fugtige, ikke fordi de ikke har brug for lys.<\/p>\n\n<p>Naturligt lys fra et n\u00e6rliggende vindue er normalt tilstr\u00e6kkeligt, men det er vigtigt, at direkte sollys ikke n\u00e5r blokken, da den vil t\u00f8rre ud meget hurtigt.<\/p>\n\n<p>Om n\u00f8dvendigt kan kunstigt lys (LED) ogs\u00e5 anvendes. I dette tilf\u00e6lde er det v\u00e6rd at bruge en timer, der giver 12 timers belysning om dagen.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Temperatur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Under naturlige forhold begynder mange svampe at producere som reaktion p\u00e5 \u00e5rstidens skiften: kulden signalerer til dem, at s\u00e6sonens afslutning n\u00e6rmer sig, og at de skal producere snart.<\/p>\n\n<p>Derfor trives de fleste arter bedre ved lidt k\u00f8ligere temperaturer, selvom dette kan variere fra art til art.<\/p>\n\n<p>N\u00e5r man dyrker indend\u00f8rs, er omgivelsestemperaturen en meget vigtig faktor.<\/p>\n\n<p>V\u00e6ksttemperaturen for de fleste svampe ligger mellem 15-27 \u00b0C, med f\u00e5 undtagelser.<\/p>\n\n<p>Det er v\u00e6rd at v\u00e6lge en art, hvis v\u00e6ksttemperatur er t\u00e6t p\u00e5 den, du kan tilbyde derhjemme.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Interaktioner mellem milj\u00f8faktorer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p>Milj\u00f8faktorer er sammenkoblede, s\u00e5 det er altid v\u00e6rd at t\u00e6nke systematisk. Fold derefter den overskydende plastik t\u00e6t tilbage, og tape den fast, eller l\u00e6g den under blokken. Dette vil hj\u00e6lpe med at forhindre, at afgr\u00f8den starter inde i posen.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e6r derefter en lille 1-2 cm (5 cm for XL-vokseblokke) lang eller X-formet \u00e5bning p\u00e5 den ene side af posen. Den bliver gul ved lav luftfugtighed.<\/p>\n<p>Ved for h\u00f8je CO\u2082-niveauer producerer den forgrenede, korallignende frugter.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>H\u00f8st<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Det er bedst at h\u00f8ste, n\u00e5r &quot;piggene&quot; er veludviklede, men stadig fleksible og lysende hvide. Ideelt set er pigge omkring 1-2 cm lange, svampen er fast og ikke begynder at gulne.<\/p>\n<p>Hvis du lader det st\u00e5 for l\u00e6nge, vil piggene forl\u00e6nges, farven bliver cremegul, teksturen bliver l\u00f8sere, og smagen mister sin friskhed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Smag<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Den er lidt s\u00f8d, og mange sammenligner den med hummer eller krabbe.
